Her personal care and interest in her patients is outstanding!
I felt dismissed and saw in my chart that there were inaccuracies with what I said. I was very confused that I was told that palliative care was for end of life care when I have been told to seek it out for symptom and pain management. I feel like a more thorough discussion would help clear things up.
Shannon was so knowledgeable and kind. So pleased she is my PCP going forward.
