Prompt care. Included me nicely in the care plan.

Staff was great. No waiting at all

This is the absolute worst facility to go to when you are in need of urgent care!! Staff comes and goes as they please and manager has no idea where staff are or when they will be returning so you are left sitting in a packed waiting room until the get to you. However they prioritize walk in illnesses over scheduled appointments so you may be sitting for hours waiting to be called while walk in’s are just flying in and out the door

Very hard to get in touch with provider there. Don't like waiting with urgent care sick people

I was in and out in no time and had my results within an hour

I love Dr. Parker. He listens and is never in a hurry.

I always have a good experience. Since I work in the health field I don't get uptight when I have to wait a little longer than usual, which was my only 'bad' experience today. I understand this is a bad year for flu as well as shortage of caregivers. Once I was in the nurse was prompt and said the PA would be right in, which she was. I was given as much time as I needed with courtesy and kindness, along with getting the help I needed.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience, Mr Robertson has done a phenomenal job I would recommend him to anyone.
