DonMarie did an excellent job drawing my blood. She is very kind and professional. You are fortunate to have her as an employee.

This facility has always been my blood draw place of choice- without having to deal with the parking issues and security concerns at GF hospital. Everyone here was friendly and efficient. However one can never be sure when a blood draw person will be there. The sign says Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays. That is not usually the case and prior phone calls to check ahead of time are sometimes not accurate. This is very frustrating and can be a waste of my time. A reliable schedule needs to be kept and adhered to. Possibly hiring an additional staff member would help. Thank you.

While my visit with PA Robertson was very informative someone scheduled me for just an office visit rather than a cortisone injection in my hip. When I asked at the time the appt was scheduled if the injection could be administered at the Broad St location rather than the hospital I was told yes so went to today's appt thinking I was getting an injection!

Waited an hour for a 15 minute test.

This has been a terrible and frustrating experience. HHN has been great in the past, but this is my first time at this location and will not be going back there again.. the doctor was fine, but wanted to get me in for an x ray that day as she wouldn’t know what is going on without it. Then came back a while after telling me that they would be coming to get me for an x ray to tell me that the x ray she needs is “black listed” there and they are not allowed to do it, so she wanted to get a CT “stat” so she can know what’s going on and felt it would tell her more than an x ray anyways..she said she was putting an order in as stat and to go to the desk and they would get an appointment today or tmrw latest to get that done … when I went to the desk they said it was not put in as stat and that they will call me on the next few weeks to set an appmnt…. I explained that she 5 minutes ago stated she was putting it stat and needed to get it asap, to which the women became very rude..

I waited for 2 hours. I had to leave without seeing anyone to pick up my son. I feel horrible I'm so sick. To sit and wait for that long when you don't feel good is awful. I don't understand why the long wait there was no emergency that came in so frustrating. I hate going to that Urgent Care.

Came in looking for help with a terrible toothache. I explained to the Dr I haven’t been able to eat, sleep, or drink because of the pain for two days. And I can’t see a dentist until Tuesday. Dr refused to help treat my pain. Said I’d have to wait for the antibiotics to take effect. Refused to give me any pain medication. Terrible!! Now I’m goin to the emergency room for help….

Great healthcare providers and helpful

Everyone from reception to our provider was friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait, but to be expected. Even then someone checked in on us and kept us posted on the time we could expect to wait. In an industry where I'm sure people are rough on the staff, they remained professional and kind!

So appreciative of the care provided by Dr. McDonough and the woman doctor who also offered assistance. I did not catch her name, however, both showed great professionalism and compassion.

Longest wait times. Although staff was friendly while there, my pharmacy was unable to fill my script I waited hours for the doctor to review the note to change my script. The receptionist Patty was rude to me when I called for the 3rd time to check on my script. Meanwhile I had been waiting over 8 hours from the time I walked in the door until I called needing to start treatment for strep throat.

Very patient and thorough today which I appreciate because most of the time I feel rushed and not listened too and today we found a Sligh health issue ! I saw Shannon E and a rly nice make nurse, he had glasses on.

I was placed in a room, and waited 45 minutes before a provider came in. I was the second person to arrive. I arrived at 8am, so it wasn't busy.

Unfortunately I have had to use this health center about 4 times in the past 12 months for various issues. I have had excellent results each time. The wait time is always reasonable and I have felt comfortable with each and every staff member.

I cannot get in to see my doctor ever. I have to go to urgent care to be seen when I’m sick. They do not know my history. Unacceptable!

I was pleased to learn that I can get lab work done at Broad Street. It's much closer to my home and the wait time is practically nil. The staff there is wonderful, including the lab technician. I didn't catch her name, but I've had her before - longish silver hair. She always gets my vein right away. Not everyone does. And she's very friendly.

I woke with an itchy insect bite that did not look at all like a mosquito bite, arrived around 9:30 at your center and was home before 10:30, reassured and given clear advice. Intake folks were Katie and a trainee whose name began with C, both bright, calm and professional; and P.A. who saw me was named Durkee, who brought me up to date on current protocol for concerning insect bites, such as tics! I was treated so well in the Urgent Care on Broad Street in Glens Falls, N.Y. There were so many patients there waiting. I was taken into an examination room and checked on a little later to see if I needed anything.

Not too busy for holiday weekend. Staff was very compassionate and caring.

I went through HHHN Urgent care with a rapid heart rate. I was seen immediately by an amazing caring and professional group of people, most of whom luckily had ER experience. I am so grateful for the care they provided and their expert advice they gave me. Thank you!

nursing staff and receptionists great i waited in no a exam room for over 1 hr and 15 min a pa finally came in spent less than 10 min with me never stated what he thought i had and sent me on my way with a refill and new medication he first suggested a medication that was on my med paper work i was allergic too evidently he never read anything very disappointed found out upon check out is when i saw a paper on sinusitis my problem was in my chest never have had pain in my face or eyes or a runny nose very very disappointed

My nurse was amazing making me comfortable with my feet up and a pillow, she knew it’d be a long wait. The physician was very thorough and kind.

I came in to urgent care because I caught strep from my kid who had already been diagnosed. The staff were compassionate, helpful, and best of all EFFICIENT. Nothing is worse than sitting in urgent care forever when you're sick, so it was an unexpected treat to get in, get tested, get my prescription, and get out in about 30 minutes.

After my call to my GP, I got a response from his PA within 15 minutes. Went to Urgent Care and was seen right away, went to hospital and got a CT scan within 2 hours of my initial call.

Receptionist (older woman) gave a dirty looked and waved me over to her window. Said “are you checking in?” When I said yes she replied with a nasty attitude “ well we are closing soon” . Completely rude and unprofessional and I let her know. I cannot believe she works in customer service or the medical field. My concern is my child not that the health center was closing 30 mins after I arrived. I did not check the times I was taking my son for medical care. The worst experience ever. The medically staff was great as always. Ended up sending my son to Albany ER.

Provider did not take time to discuss different options and dismissed me once I refused medications. Script was sent to pharmacy just to not be picked up. She literally picked up and headed for the door while I was still talking. Seems I used up too much of her time and she walked out of the room

I went there in the morning to get xrays on my ribs ..not knowing if they were broken or just cracked ..had xrays but got no answer ..said someone will call me ..by 7.00 I called them and they still had no answers...the point of going was ???

Service was very good.

The doctor didn't try to diagnose me or prescribe me anything ; even though I was clearly sick. When my brother went a few days later with the same symptoms he was diagnosed with a cold and prescribed medication. 2 weeks later I am still struggling with the same cold.

They are great people and treat us very well.

Listened to everything. Did not make me feel rushed. Figured out a plan when initial indications did not test positive. Was not satisfied that just because tests didn't pinpoint an issue, that it couldn't be something else.

Staff was excellent in taking me and getting the help I needed.

The help of the front desk was very courteous. The doctor, the PA was very polite and efficient and explained everything fully gave me several choices for a follow up.

Everything went well until getting the Rx. Was sent to Walgreens down the road bc said it was open until 2100. It is not. Closes at 1900. As result had to wait until next morning and pay bc they don’t work with my insurance.

I came here because I was having an asthma attack and I was panicking a bit too. Everyone was so kind and reassuring and quick. From start to finish (which was only half hour) my visit was quick, gentle, professional, efficient I really can't say enough kind things

I saw Doctor in short time & he seemed to know what he was doing & prescribed a med. However, the med he prescribed didn't work & I had to E-mail my Doctor on Friday - for a better med because it didn't work.

I was taken in within 5 mins of severe COPD asthma attack and treated!!!! The injection helped me within 15 mins and followed up by proper medication s. 👍👍

I brought my 4 month old son came into Hudson headwaters broad street urgent care location today after an episode of turning blue and was seen by Dr. Gorgas. The visit started with a very kind and attentive nurse. I cannot remember her name but the nurse made me feel calm after a very upsetting experience with my son. When Dr. Gorgas came in she did a very thorough assessment on him and agreed that something certainly seemed off about this reoccurring episodes and referred us to pediatric cardiology. Dr. Gorgas made me feel validated and reassured me that my son didn’t seem to be in imminent danger but that more follow up should be done. I’m so thankful as a mom and patient that I was able to be seen by such a supportive and caring staff.

They helped out so much because I broke my ankle and they answered my questions.

Because I went there with a shoulder issue and they sent me away with out a offer any type of a inflammatory they just took a x-ray and sent me for a follow up in April so me going there was just a big waste of time. Thanks for nothing.
