Health Center on Broad Street (Glens Falls)

I always have a good experience. Since I work in the health field I don't get uptight when I have to wait a little longer than usual, which was my only 'bad' experience today. I understand this is a bad year for flu as well as shortage of caregivers. Once I was in the nurse was prompt and said the PA would be right in, which she was. I was given as much time as I needed with courtesy and kindness, along with getting the help I needed.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience, Mr Robertson has done a phenomenal job I would recommend him to anyone.

Thorough, effective, Professional and fast! From setting the appt to the front desk and intake to De Back (WONDERFUL!) to a quick Xray and follow up- all done this morning and all in the portal inc a note from the Dr before noon!
