Short wait, kind staff and wonderful nurses. So thankful to have this urgent care center in our community!

Staff was friendly & professional. A smile was a nice way to start by receptionist & Autumn was very pleasant.

Did not quite seem sure what was going on so provider prescribed anti virals and antibiotics. I still have no answer as to what it is.

It was a long wait as they had many clients ahead of me, but I received excellent care as is my typical experience with HHHN.

Terrible. 3 days later and 2 visits I’m still waiting on my Covid test results. Nobody seems to care about you at this Urgent care.

This place is a hot mess! I had to get an antibiotic and when I got there, I was surprised there weren’t any other patients waiting. They got me right into a room to just sit there. I heard other people come in and get x-rays and leave before a doctor ever came in to my room. After being there for a couple of hours, I had to leave. I will not be going back.

Facility was clean and check in-out was easy. Great experience! Now we just need Trump 2024!

The nurse partition was no help at all. She told me that she can not help that I have see my son primary doctor. She was very rude on when I asked her to look at something else on my son that I just noticed in the office and she told me that she only dose one issue at a time for each appointment. She was very unpleasant as soon as she walked in the room. She was not welcoming or helping to put me or my son at ease.

Instructed to go to Orthony in Clifton Park for testing. Wasted trip, they don't do that there. Had my bloodwork done at Fort Edward, great staff.

I took my son in for a cut on his eyebrow and the wonderful nurse whose name begins with an an and I feel so bad I can’t remember what her name was and dr McDonough were wonderful. We got in quickly, and everything was explained to me clearly. I hope I don’t need to go back but if i do I 100% trust that the staff will handle anything I need.

Disappointed I went in very sick, feeling like I was going to pass out. Was there over an hour and told to just go home and sleep more and drink more fluids. No medications to help with my sickness at all.

James McDonough is an amazing provider. He’s caring and understanding to my condition. He took the extra time to try to find different ways I could try to strengthen my muscles due to the nerve damage . He gave me a couple of web sites to try and he was great about helping to get my pain under control. To a manageable level. Thank you for being so understanding and listening to me .

Didn’t send my referral in for a medical procedure waited on the phone for an hour and a half. No one answered the referral line. I still haven’t heard anything. It’s a total joke.

Nurses and doc were very nice and the doctor gave me a piece of advice that took my symptoms right away!!

Providers were top notch, gave me detailed and informative info on test results. Sent me to hospital ER for more accurate, comprehensive tests. Fluffy stuff in Urgent Care scan turned out to be pneumonia related lung infection.

They have the equipment to get the diagnosis.

Very rude and desrespectful lady after I didn’t wanna talk to her and wanted to talk to someone else she came up behind me and harassed me and threaten to call the cops on me in front of my boy who was being seen cause I wanted more info and wanted to let them know and get my sons papers which I didn’t end up getting I was nice calm and respectful then she got in my face after I asked for her to get out my face she continued …. 5 mins and threatened to call then cops on me

We only waited in the waiting room for 5 minutes. They got my sick child in right away and Dr. Gorgeis was really good with her and extremely thorough. She caught what another Dr. had missed early that day at another practice. I would highly recommend HHHN.

NP was in the office one minute and prescribed steroids for back pain with NO explanation to what is going on with my back. I could have stayed home saved my money and insurance money.

West Mtn family health informed me to go to urgent care since they couldn't see me. Said I would be scene at urgent care. 2.5 hours later of having high blood pressure I was brought in a room. Honestly disgusted with this whole place.

$70 lighter with a diagnosis of, shrug, must be one of those vital things going around. Triage nurse seemed more interested and caring than the PA.

Very friendly staff but a very long wait. I can in to get a deep splinter removed. She was unable or unwilling to dig deep and remove it entirely.

I went to urgent care with full trust in all providers at Hudson Headwaters, everyone I’ve encountered prior was extremely attentive. I did not have the experience that I would have expected, I was talked down to, belittled, and disregarded by the np that saw me and I am now experiencing symptoms that have progressed due to that providers lack of attention. Even if the clinic is swamped, please take the time to listen to your patients. I am a former elite athlete (for 25 years) and am very in tune with my body, so experiencing this felt like a double serving of disregard. I have developed an extreme sensitivity and awareness of my body and have been treated by some of the finest doctors on the planet, only to have the Hudson Headwaters provider almost laugh in my face. I have never ever encountered a provider there that took such a dismissive stance and barely let me speak. Please ask providers to be sensitive at urgent care, they have no idea who they could be treating.

I actually thing this facility is better than my normal health provider. They seemed more interested in my well-being and ordered tests when my regular doctor did not and were more interested in finding the cause of my illness as well. It was also easier to get seen than to get into my regular doctor.

Walk-In Clinic was easy to locate and with plenty of parking. The reception are was well organized and the workers there were pleasant and helpful. The intake process was efficient and I was seen by a nurse quickly. The necessary assessments were done and along with a diagnosis.

I went into urgent care and was greeted by a friendly and kind receptionist. I only had about a 10 minute wait in the waiting room. The nurse showed great professionalism and compassion. I was seen by the PA promptly and my concerns were addressed. It was a very pleasant experience while I was not feeling my best. Keep up the great work!

The nurse was very nice and compassionate.Dr. France was very attentive, did a thorough exam of my complaint and really listened to me. I felt very comfortable being his patient as he was nonjudgmental as well.

Ease of travel time and distance are convenient

The receptionist was extremely rude and had an attitude and once I was pulled into the back it was more than an hour that I was sitting in the room until I was seen. When I was seen they were very short and didn’t provide much help besides prescribing me some meds.

PA Shannon Evellis was superb. She gave me the most thorough and comprehensive examination that I've ever had at the Health Center as well as showing me therapeutic treatments on her laptop. The 5 Star rating is for her.

Took my son for tooth pain on a Sunday 6/9/24 and the provider Kenneth France shamed my son about his “cavity ridden teeth” My son is autistic and is in an extreme amount of pain. Dentist don’t take Fidelis through Medicaid and if they do there is an extremely long waiting list or they don’t take new patients. If I could’ve taken him to a dentist I would’ve instead of coming to an urgent care. He offered no pain treatment because must be if your in pain they assume your there seeking pain medication. My son has never taken anything beyond Motrin or Tylenol. Very disappointed and upset that we were made to feel like we were wasting his time with my sons “rotten teeth”

My eyesight is getting worse and she said it's dry eye. How does that explain why my left eye is always closed.

I was told by the make nurse that I came at a good time because it wasn’t busy. After he left the room and no one came in after 45 min. I went and asked was I forgotten? They had me down in a different room and thought I went to the bathroom because it was empty. Waited another 10 min for the PA to come in!! I admit this is unusual but also unacceptable!

Lacking professionalism. PSA yelled out "ewww!" When I explained why I was there, getting the attentionof her cowrokers and other patients. Provider asked if I was "getting laid" instead of asking if I was sexuallt active. They were way too laid back, as if we were old friends, when I was in fact their patient and there because I was scared about a spider bite and needed help.

I was upset that I was not able to get the medication. That has been prescribed to me before. By doctors here at the center and then for them to tell me they can't now all of a sudden, even though I have as follow-up with a specialist and then they also did not even look at my paperwork that I wrote like checking paperwork.

I was very impressed with the Dr. Who saw me. He was very compassionate, an genuinely concerned about my condition. He was very nice and listened to my concerns. The nurse was pleasant and professional, and the receptionist was very nice and efficient, also friendly and courteous. I will go to this urgent care again if needed

So I had a so-called doctor named Rogers yeah he is an MD too. Well, I had an emergency with my son because he tried to kill himself and had to be at Saratoga hospital until he got a bed at four winds tomorrow I had to cancel my appts from ortho NY because of what was going on I was supposed to get a gel injection because both of my needs need full replacement severe arthritis and I was gonna get the gel injections because I don’t do pain medication very often. I’ve done it maybe five times in my entire life and I’m 46. He said to me after looking at it and seeing how bad it looks that he can’t do anything for me because other people take pain medication and unfortunately it put in more severe situation. Why am I judged over other people? I kept telling him to look check ortho New York check the history for my medication. I can’t take ibuprofen I have history of PE so I can’t take that with the blood thinner. I’ve never had a bad experience here. But I never should’ve been compared to

My name is Erik Shelgren and I had a visit today at the urgent care center. I was really impressed with the physician's assistant who saw me and later called me. I wish I could remember his name but I can't. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with our interaction both in person and on the phone.

Got me in quickly , sent me to the ER immediately . Acted fast. Dr. Brian walked me to the desk carried my bag and offered to walk me to my car . Offered to call ambulance. My husband was waiting to transport. Immediately got a ct once I was brought in so he made a smart quick move !

I was there for 90 minutes total, which was actually not bad. I expected it to be longer. the NP was efficient as was the nurse who first greeted me. The young woman at the front desk should be encouraged to speak more slowly. I had a difficult time understanding her.

Urgent care was empty and we waited an hour and a half without even being seen, had to leave to get my other kids from school and the dr had to be tracked down by another worker. We normally have really good experience coming here but not today

Waited over 2.5 hours, there was 2 people supposedly ahead of me and then I heard at least three people come and go from the room next to me and kept getting told I’m next. This is a constant occurrence at this facility. I get the whole idea that healthcare workers are stretched thin and stressed but come on!!! Do better!! Pay our doctors and nurses what they are worth so they can better serve their patients.

Jim np is a great doctor has amazing bed side manner doesn't make you feel like your just a number and his nurse young blonde hair both were outstanding and I hope to have them both again in the near future.
