Went to urgent care. Everyone was very pleasant, courteous and professional. Only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. Everything they did and the test results were explained in a way I could understand, not a bunch of medical terminology. Answered my questions to the best of their ability. Broken elbow, They couldn’t know everything about recovery which is why they referred me to an orthopedic. Overall I was very happy with my care.

Things went quikly, did what needed to be done, etc. But PLEASE stop asking me this every time I go there. I was on the founding board of the “conceived” notion that a health center needed to be created in “the north country’ many, many, many years ago, Dr. John Rugge saw the need for better health care in the north country, and did an astounding job of creating a health center in Warrensburg, then in Chestertown, then in . . . Well, it went on from there and many years later as merged into Glens Falls Hospital. I DON’T HAVE TO RATE IT; IT’S ALWAYS BEEN WONDERFUL AND THE AFFILIATION WITH GLENS FALLS HOSPITALS HAS MADE IT EVEN BETTER.
