Walk-In Clinic was easy to locate and with plenty of parking. The reception are was well organized and the workers there were pleasant and helpful. The intake process was efficient and I was seen by a nurse quickly. The necessary assessments were done and along with a diagnosis.

Didn't have to wait long as I felt lousy. Olivia was very thorough. The nurse was also very nice.

I went into urgent care and was greeted by a friendly and kind receptionist. I only had about a 10 minute wait in the waiting room. The nurse showed great professionalism and compassion. I was seen by the PA promptly and my concerns were addressed. It was a very pleasant experience while I was not feeling my best. Keep up the great work!

The nurse was very nice and compassionate.Dr. France was very attentive, did a thorough exam of my complaint and really listened to me. I felt very comfortable being his patient as he was nonjudgmental as well.

Ease of travel time and distance are convenient

The receptionist was extremely rude and had an attitude and once I was pulled into the back it was more than an hour that I was sitting in the room until I was seen. When I was seen they were very short and didn’t provide much help besides prescribing me some meds.

PA Shannon Evellis was superb. She gave me the most thorough and comprehensive examination that I've ever had at the Health Center as well as showing me therapeutic treatments on her laptop. The 5 Star rating is for her.

Took my son for tooth pain on a Sunday 6/9/24 and the provider Kenneth France shamed my son about his “cavity ridden teeth” My son is autistic and is in an extreme amount of pain. Dentist don’t take Fidelis through Medicaid and if they do there is an extremely long waiting list or they don’t take new patients. If I could’ve taken him to a dentist I would’ve instead of coming to an urgent care. He offered no pain treatment because must be if your in pain they assume your there seeking pain medication. My son has never taken anything beyond Motrin or Tylenol. Very disappointed and upset that we were made to feel like we were wasting his time with my sons “rotten teeth”

My eyesight is getting worse and she said it's dry eye. How does that explain why my left eye is always closed.

I was told by the make nurse that I came at a good time because it wasn’t busy. After he left the room and no one came in after 45 min. I went and asked was I forgotten? They had me down in a different room and thought I went to the bathroom because it was empty. Waited another 10 min for the PA to come in!! I admit this is unusual but also unacceptable!

It seemed really busy in there when we arrived but we were seen quickly! Since both my daughter and myself were there for each our own reasons, we had 2 nurses examining us and they both worked wonderfully together and were kindly pleasant and empathetic! The PA we saw, I believe her name was Carrianne, was great! She was thorough yet kind and really listened to us both! Thank you to all! Very happy we decided to go to this urgent care facility today!

Lacking professionalism. PSA yelled out "ewww!" When I explained why I was there, getting the attentionof her cowrokers and other patients. Provider asked if I was "getting laid" instead of asking if I was sexuallt active. They were way too laid back, as if we were old friends, when I was in fact their patient and there because I was scared about a spider bite and needed help.

I was upset that I was not able to get the medication. That has been prescribed to me before. By doctors here at the center and then for them to tell me they can't now all of a sudden, even though I have as follow-up with a specialist and then they also did not even look at my paperwork that I wrote like checking paperwork.

I was very impressed with the Dr. Who saw me. He was very compassionate, an genuinely concerned about my condition. He was very nice and listened to my concerns. The nurse was pleasant and professional, and the receptionist was very nice and efficient, also friendly and courteous. I will go to this urgent care again if needed

So I had a so-called doctor named Rogers yeah he is an MD too. Well, I had an emergency with my son because he tried to kill himself and had to be at Saratoga hospital until he got a bed at four winds tomorrow I had to cancel my appts from ortho NY because of what was going on I was supposed to get a gel injection because both of my needs need full replacement severe arthritis and I was gonna get the gel injections because I don’t do pain medication very often. I’ve done it maybe five times in my entire life and I’m 46. He said to me after looking at it and seeing how bad it looks that he can’t do anything for me because other people take pain medication and unfortunately it put in more severe situation. Why am I judged over other people? I kept telling him to look check ortho New York check the history for my medication. I can’t take ibuprofen I have history of PE so I can’t take that with the blood thinner. I’ve never had a bad experience here. But I never should’ve been compared to

My name is Erik Shelgren and I had a visit today at the urgent care center. I was really impressed with the physician's assistant who saw me and later called me. I wish I could remember his name but I can't. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with our interaction both in person and on the phone.

Got me in quickly , sent me to the ER immediately . Acted fast. Dr. Brian walked me to the desk carried my bag and offered to walk me to my car . Offered to call ambulance. My husband was waiting to transport. Immediately got a ct once I was brought in so he made a smart quick move !

Urgent care was empty and we waited an hour and a half without even being seen, had to leave to get my other kids from school and the dr had to be tracked down by another worker. We normally have really good experience coming here but not today

Waited over 2.5 hours, there was 2 people supposedly ahead of me and then I heard at least three people come and go from the room next to me and kept getting told I’m next. This is a constant occurrence at this facility. I get the whole idea that healthcare workers are stretched thin and stressed but come on!!! Do better!! Pay our doctors and nurses what they are worth so they can better serve their patients.

Slow as usual in pain, wish I could have gotten some relief sitting in the waiting room. Not looking for drugs, I had something in my eye and was going nuts and come to find out there is eye numbing drops! My pain was gone when they were administered.

Everything was excellent, from the Registrar to the two triage professionals and the provider that saw us and their xray tech too. Everyone was very professional and thorough. I was apprehensive before visiting after being in the healthcare field for so long and working for similar environments, because of being new to HHHN. They took the time to look into each of our preexisting conditions and the similarities in our symptoms. Very happy with the care me and my children received today. The provider Olivia, was great. You can tell she is very professional, straightforward and knows what she’s talking about. She saw all three of us at once, knew right away the plan of action for each of us and was very assertive in speaking about all three plans with the care in keeping in mind at all times of each of our preexisting conditions and contraindications to some medications due to these. Kudos to each of you!

You could have saved me a trip and hours in thr ER by doing my splint. Also gave me crutches that were WAY too big for me. I

Got in and out in no time. The nurse, Micaela, was great. She was professional but still personable and funny and listened to my concerns. The nurse practitioner I saw was just as helpful. I believe her name was Olivia. She was direct and to the point but also answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

Sat in room for over an hour before seeing PA.

I do not feel like I was heard at all what I am going through for pain today started late last night. I couldn’t sleep well with it and the practitioner that saw me it was my first time meeting her and I didn’t care for her at all.

My first visit I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. I did go down on my knees at one point. There were staff around and saw me but acted like no big deal. No offer of assistance. The woman I saw the next day was very kind and compassionate. She gets the 5 stars

We got lucky and arrived on a slow Tuesday afternoon. Friendly staff greeted us we filled out paperwork and were shown into a room and attended to Within 7 Minutes of arrival. We saw physician's assistant cool listen to us explain everything and we had a good outcome

Worst service ever. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy

The wait time was about an hour. But they were very busy. I figure that’s a given if I haven’t or am not able to make appointment. During my wait staff came in and assured me I hadn’t been forgotten and dr would be in as soon as possible. They also asked if I was okay and offered me water. When Dr came in he was very efficient and made sure to address my health history, ask me questions about my current issue and made sure I had all treatment and instructions I needed.

Wonderful experience

Most of the front end staff was wonderful as well as the nursing staff. Unfortunuately the providers were less than helpful. PA James McDonough was the only one I felt listened to me and my symptoms and accurately caught my strep throat. Provider from the day before didn't even look at my throat. I had to come in 4 times in two weeks to get some actual help.

my experience here was unlike any other. From the nurse, to the doctor, I was in awe of the amount of professionalism. I am the lady that comes in, refusing any invasive recommendations or treatments for my self and my children. I have been mocked and Judge for years in the medical industry. I would never come to this facility again. I went here because my child is positive for Covid and her Peds office wouldn’t see her because of it. The waiting area was a mess, dirty, pictures were even crooked on the walls. The clientele at this office was unbelievable. I know the office can’t control who comes in their doors. The nurse helping us instantly gave me attitude and felt the need to address that it was me. The doctor was somewhat helpful but felt the whole medical staff used a very forceful tactic with a young baby when the same things could have been accomplished without the force. After I felt we were being questioned about how this is the first time our child was sick at her age and didn’t really leave me feeling confident in his diagnosis knowing that I am a crunchy mom.

I raced to get there with only 12 minutes before closing at 3p. New Yesrs Eve . I called to let someone know I was coming and was told that the door will be locked at 3. She said I wouldn't make it. But I did and walled in at 2.58. Everyone was very curteous as I am sure. They were thrilled with a patient at that time. The technician was very professional . Can’t remember the Xray techs name but she didn’t even strap my son in for his chest x rays. And then complained when she couldn’t get the photos she needed but son was freaking out and I needed to help hold him. Waited an hour for xray results and when no one came in I asked how much longer they were thinking and the nurses told me my son had already been discharged when the doctor didn’t even come in and tell me my sons diagnosis! The doctor was very apologetic but majority of staff was rude.
