Staff were extremely kind. It seemed to take a long time to see someone even though the waiting room was empty. What was more distressing was the LONG time it took for the radiologist to write and send info on my X-ray to my surgeon. I was promised results would be sent out day of visit or the following morning. Nothing was sent until I called to find. Out status. My arm was broken,I was in extreme pain and yet I nothing could be done with surgeon until paperwork was done. Given your an URGENT Care place, I had hoped for faster turn around time. Quite disappointing.
