My Nurse Becky is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and someone who makes my visit much more enjoyable because of her demeanor. The entire staff is helpful.
Phlebotomist was subbing and the wait time was 40 minutes. Accidentally pulled out the needle and had to stick the other arm for the last tube.

My 4 year old loves coming to the office to see Suzanne, and all the girls up front are wonderful! She gets spoiled by them between the stickers, coloring books or all the girls coming up to say hi and ask her how her day is! She always knows she will get a warm welcome when we come!
