HealthSource Felicity School Based Health Center/Family Practice

HealthSource Felicity is located at the front entrance of Felicity-Franklin Elementary School, at 105 Market Street, Suite 100. We provide school-based health care for students and staff at Felicity-Franklin Local Schools and family practice care for the entire community. The center is open to the public, has a separate entrance from the school, and is open year-round, including during school breaks. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients.

To support the health of the entire community, our clinician provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including sick visits, minor injury care, annual checkups, well-child visits, sports or work physicals, immunizations, routine lab testing, prescriptions, and chronic condition management for asthma and diabetes. Students can also access school-based health services and mobile dental care. For new or sudden health concerns like colds, flu, sinus symptoms, earaches, or short-term illnesses, convenient walk-in care is open to everyone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with no appointment needed. We encourage established patients to schedule an appointment for follow-up visits, physicals, and ongoing chronic care.
