HealthSource Eastgate Pediatrics, Vision Center, and Dental

HealthSource Eastgate Pediatrics, Vision Center, and Dental is located at 4627 Aicholtz Road in Eastgate, just off State Route 32, next door to Child Focus. We are accepting new patients for all three departments and accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid (please note that our dental center currently accepts new dental patients with Medicaid insurance only). Our location brings comprehensive healthcare together under one roof, offering pediatric care, vision services, and lower-level dental care in a convenient, family-centered environment.

Our pediatricians care for children from newborns through the teen years, providing well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, sports or school physicals, and chronic condition management, along with integrated behavioral health services to support your child’s emotional and mental well-being in the same familiar office. HealthSource Eastgate Vision Center provides complete eye care for all ages, including eye exams, vision screenings, eyeglasses, and ongoing care to keep your family’s vision clear and healthy. To round out whole-person care, HealthSource Eastgate Dental offers primary dental services for children, teens, and adults with Medicaid, including dental exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, basic restorative care, and oral hygiene education.
