The staff are all helpful, but the systems are challenging. Updates to medications made in April still were not updated in my records - despite two appointments between then and today.

Phlebotomist is a 5. The front desk is a 4 only because you insist on them asking all of the questions again and again if everything is the same. YES> just say has anything changed in your life or medical history ? Or something similar.
