the MD that I saw was not very congenial, in a hurry, like he didn't want to be 'bothered'. Did not treat me like an intelligent person. I have no desire to see him again, but suppose that I will have to as I have a follow-up appt. with him. I don't think his exam was very thorough. Never bothered to look in my ears, throat, etc. I certainly won't recommend this Doc .

I saw Dr. Guadagno- very interesting- He spent a long time with me and studied my record so carefully. I was very impressed and appreciated how he thought out of the 'box' trying to figure out why I have the symptoms I have and just what they relate to.

easy in and out, quick service at check-in and was taken in to the blood draw area within a few minutes, the phlebotomist was excellent, never felt the initial needle stick and she got all 3 vials very quickly. best part was at home when I took off the bandage, NO residual blood under the skin in the area of the needle. The most painful blood draw I have ever had. Going in was fine. Withdrawing the needle felt like the tip was angled and scraping my arm. My inner elbow is starting to swell and bruise.

i WAS WAITING FOR MY WIFE DURING HER APPOINTMENT WHEN A NURSE CAME OUT AND ASKED IF i WAS INTERESTED IN GETTING A FLU SHOT, i SAID YES AND THEY BROUGHT ME IN AND GAVE ME THE SHOT, this is great pro-active patient care. I was very impressed by the service, concern for my health that was shown by everyone I saw.

Turn the lights on in the health center when the doors are opened. Sat in the parking lot early, for blood work, lost my place in line because lights were out. Happened to at least three other people.

Timely and efficient treatment

My doctors - Dr. Sutherland & formerly Dr. Di Bari - are attentive and as responsive as they can be, as are the nurses. My only issue (thru no fault of anyone at Chester-Horicon) is the availability of my doctor.at the center due to staff shortages + number of patients in need of care. Dr. Sutherland & other staff must rotate their time at other clinics in the HHHN. I’m certainly willing to go to the other clinics, but Chester-Horicon is conveniently near my home. But, that’s a small price to pay for good care.

I may come in or call with me being in pain and not myself because I'm not a mean person when I'm in pain all day everyday I apologize to everyone and they still treat me well and the doctor understands I'm very happy with the staff, And putting up with me in my time of pain this past 3 and 1/2 years it's been constant everyday pain and I thank you for putting up with me and staying positive with no getting upset and lashing back or whatever and understanding, thank you I appreciate everybody at this Hudson headwaters Chester Horicon health center, thank you, I'm not supposed to give out any personal information but I can tell you that I moved into this area about 3 1/2 years ago and you guys helped me trance form records of MRIS and nerve test and records that go back six and a half years since I dove out of a garbage truck who is 57 mph, I appreciate everyone at this Hudson had Waters location great work everybody, thank you very much thanks for helping me deal with my pain pain,

Need to have a way in patient portal to find out if a blood work order has been submitted. Sometimes I go to the health center and there is no order in even though I have an upcoming appointment.

We have owned a house on Friends Lake since 1989 and have never had a reason to seek medical attention. My recent visit to treat an abrasion on my arm blew my mind. From reception to treatment was first class. Exceptional competence was evident throughout.

I’ve been with HHHN since the ‘60’s. Was employed there as well. I choose the Chestertown site because of: Super friendly ladies at the front desk. Length of waiting time to be seen. Just a more serene atmosphere. Not rushed through my visit. ❤️
