Daughter was scared to get the flu shot . It was taking a couple minutes trying to convince my daughter to get the shot . It seemed to irritate the nurse. While my daughter was crying and tightening up the nurse takes it upon herself to just jam the needle in my daughter's arm . The dumbest and most unprofessional thing I ever seen. My daughter will be even more scared of needles now because of this . There was some blood an inch or two from the bandaid that was put on . I've never seen more than a spot of blood on the band aid after a shot . And they always tell you to relax and not tighten your arm up when you get a shot and the nurse just jammed it in her arm . I would not recommend anyone to bring a kid if it has to deal with this nurse . Really making me think about finding a new place to bring my daughter to all together. Very unprofessional.

The checkout process should always be done in the alleyway as client exits the doctors area. NOT having to get back in line with check-ins.
