Nurse who took my BP, etc was kind and professional. Finn my doc is excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind and listens and gives advice that makes sense. Champlain Family Health staff is terrific.

ON SITE, or IN HOUSE PHARMACY!!!!!!
There is 1, ONE pharmacy serving this entire operation in champlain. I know that many, many people do not want to use the only pharmacy with in 20 miles. (Cornerstone in rouses point has closed).
I absolutely enjoy my visits, I love my provider, Nicole Baker. Hower, the Champlain branch could really benefit from an onsite pharmacy. Conservatively, you could have 75% of your patients voluntarily switch all medications just to not have to go to the unnamed pharmacy. Thanks!77

I clearly stated that the prescriptions had to be sent to Kenney Drugs and nort express scripts. I reiterated at checkout that the two prescriptions be sent to Kenney drugs, yet they were sent to Express scripts. The prescription for ibuprofen wea cancelled and the other drug I might get a week from now. But this has happen several times in the past too
