Dr easterson is an absolute lifesaver!!!

Podiatrist was short with answers and seemed unwilling to share. Not friendly. Help with nail which is appreciated. But would have like to have it explained when asked along with preventative measure.

I've had 3 appointments so far with Dr Yang as my primary physician. She is kind, listens well, gives thorough explanations and is very thorough in her work. She's already helped a lot in 3 visits. She's very respectful of my preferences. For example, I prefer to solve a health issue without drugs first. I've met physicians who get angry if you don't take a drug. Dr Yang is willing to work with me and not push mediations on me. So far, so good.

NP Nicole Baker is beyond amazing to our family every time we see her. She is thorough and listens to all of our concerns. By far the best health care professional we have ever seen.

The night staff were amazing. Would have had 5 stars but took almost 24 hours to get an appointment scheduled with a sick kid.

Communication times are slow. I thought call back was 4-6 hours when you’re in distress. Learned that it’s up to 24 hours. My fault for assuming. When you need to see your doctor right away, you might as well head to an Urgent Care or Fast Track at the hospital. Over booked the appointment times so you are rarely seen on time. Figure minimum of 1/4 to 3/4 of an hour wait to be seen once in the back rooms. Friendly people for the most part. Thankful they are not too, too far away and that people still want to treat sick people so Yes, I’m thankful for all of your dedication. Just need more listening by staff and providers when a patient knows their body enough to know that medications are needed. We’re not trying to waste your time.

Everything works except the prescription process. I have a long term mail order pharmacy and a local pharmacy. Yesterday, when 2 prescriptions were to be sent to the local pharmacy, 1 went to the mailorder pharmacy. Not good.

I have been there twice and both times I couldn’t get the lady who was at the check out desk to wait on me she was at the copy machine chatting with another lady I had to go to the front door and check out with the girl who was checking people in.

I have been seeing Julie Steele-Goodwin, PA-C as a health care provider for some time now. She takes the time needed to listen and offer excellent advice to me as a patient. She undoubtedly holds my highest regards when it comes to Healthcare providers. Hudson Headwaters is fortunate to have her.

I do not agree that some of the medical staff is in Malone, they are not caring for there regular patients. This has caused some health issues to patients who have slipped through the cracks

While I want to rate HHHN, better, but the Doctors are not given enough time to meet with patients. I feel this got worse after COVID. I never leave HHHN feeling like the that went well. In Burlington at UVMC the feeling is the opposite of HHHN as I watched their team give my girlfriend cancer treatment.

Would be really nice to not have to announce my name, date of birth and who I am seeing to the entire waiting room. Especially after I did the pre-check in by text, email and being called by a computer. A bit redundant. Also half the time I am asked for my address too. 5-stars/Excellent to the staff and doctor!!

Danielle and the staff are AMAZING, we just wish that there were pediatric rooms. It’s difficult to get in the rooms with a stroller/carrier plus older children. Also, it would be helpful to look into the type of oxygen monitor you use in babies and switch to the sock.

Wait time somewhat lengthy, however the nurses and doctors are exceptional.

Dr Yanbo Yang. My 1st meeting with her was me having a bad anxiety attack. She had to call in other staff members. The 2nd meeting was my annual exam lasting 2 hours. Dr Yang was 100%. Kind, caring, concerned, knowledgeable, reassuring. Carefully explained everything and asked if I had any questions. She didn't rush me out of the appt. She explained the tests and ordered more. Dr Yang is everything we want a doctor to be. I hope she never changes.

Was able to get a sick visit. But the prescribed medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy and this was very difficult to correct.

Staff friendly and kind, but I didn't get to discuss my concerns fully with the doctor and left with a lot of questions. It's hard to get answers via the portal. Either the nurse answers instead of the doctor or they only answer one question and don't address everything you put in your message.

Took to many x rays for purpose. Don't have a lot of money and never took a look at my armpit, except the nurse that came in first. Won't pay to go back for another visit.

Both Dr and nurse were courteous, caring, nice and patient. No complaints at all. Was grateful that they saw me so late and fast.

EVERY 15 minute appointment with the director ~ she is ALWAYS late in which my 15 minute appointment ends up being well over an hour. Today my 15 minute appointment with her was at 2:30 ~ I left at 4:15 without seeing her - waited almost 2 hours & still no sign of her.

An appointment was made for me months ago and when I was there for my appointment I waited over 45 minutes in the room for someone, I finally had to walk out to let someone know I was still there. I was told "we are short staffed" and "A lot of folks are coming in sick". As well as "You should not make an appointment after the holidays this is the worse time" Well I have an appointment so I should be seen first and make the walk in's wait, I didn't make the appointment it was made by the doctor so I had no choice and then when I was finally seen it was 3-4 minute chat all of which could have been done by the portal. I lose 2 hours of pay for this, not acceptable.

I love my provider and the care I receive from him, I just wish that he wasn't booked up so heavily that if you needed to get an emergency appointment or sick appointment that you were able to. The continuity of care is poor when you see multiple providers. Maybe if they had more communication between providers it would help?

First time I saw Dr Yang. I had a bad anxiety attack after answering question from nurse about what was going on. I explained everything in detail which caused the anxiety attack. When nurse left, and Dr Yang came into the exam room, she asked me the same questions I had already answered. By that time I had trouble breathing and couldn't talk. I did say :Ask the nurse" at some point. What was the point in taking so much time explaining everything to the nurse? Dr Yang knew nothing. Maybe the nurse told her I was very upset, not sure. Same thing has happened many times before with other providers. What is the point of wasting time explaining everything to the nurse only to have to repeat everything again to the physician? I understand nurses record medications, that's not what I'm talking about. Dr Yang called in other nurses, counselor to help me get through the anxiety attack. This was supposed to be my annual exam which is now re-scheduled.

Dr. Racine is awesome and the staff are too.

Lori Killon has been wonderful. I'm going through an extremely stressful time with chronic pain, anxiety attacks caused by person situation. I sent a lot of messages to her via patient portal. Most important, she LISTENED, answered questions, and recommended a change in my prescription.

Got to my appt 15 min early. Then watched everyone for the next hour that got there after me get called in before me. I never got my name called until 45 min after my scheduled appointment time. Then waited another 35 min before I saw my dr. I saw my dr. For 4 minutes. And was there for 90 min after my scheduled appt time. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be switching drs

I always like to go to Champlain because the lab people are very good at their job because they always get my lab work done on the first try & very seldom get any bruising!

Problem is never solved . Shouldn’t have several flu appts for same issue . Order the correct tests needed the first time . Disappointing and unnecessary appts not needed

Loosing confidence in this place !! Just might pull my whole family out and advise others not to go!! When you call and on hold like always, it says they are taking new patients!! But for a person that is already a patients for years you have to wait a month and a half to be seen !! Also says about bringing kids there , but they have no pediatric doctor!! And most of the people working there are pa not doctors!! And I'm really sure the diagnosis and meds for my daughter are wrong and some should have never been prescribed because of the side effects. Can make the kid worse or cause other problems.wasnt bad when first started there , but now is to long of a wait to get in to be seen !!

You ask us to be 15 minutes early because HHHN is under staffed for check in. Then I see the Doctor 30 minutes after my “appointment” time.

Alyson is compassionate and listens to my concerns. She's great at finding solutions to difficult problems.

I have a pre existing condition. Lower Lumbar Fusion. Has been causing a lot of pain and if I call in to see someone about the pain which on 2 occasions I walked on my hand and knees to try to get to front door. I believe I shouldn't be carged for a "Sick" appointment. Because of this continuing condition.

My visit for the COVID-19 and flu vaccine was quick, painless, and quite pleasant. The nurse provided excellent care. Thank you!

That is 150 miles round trip for a NO-SHOW NEWLY HIRED MEDICAL DOCTOR. I firmly believe that I should be compensated for my time, gasoline, and mileage on my vehicle for this tremendous waste of my time. I am Patrick Dellavalle, a long time patient of Dr. Winfield's.

There is rarely a wait to see the Dr, I feel like my Dr actually cares about me. My last doctor glossed over some of my issues. Here, I feel seen and heard.

I am new to the North Country because of a recent major heart attack and I have found myself having to depend on a family member here that recommended your health facility because her entire family goes there, and thank goodness she did! I have a SSI appointment in a few weeks but until then I thought I have no care for my medical care (pacemaker + defibrillator) just to name a few, but like a God send Hudson Headwaters has been there for me. Everyone Has treated me with the best care. Thank you!!

Multiple levels of disfunction within the organization. Too many people involved when responding to an issue when I call or write for information. By the time it is passed from one staff member to another and another, I might not even get the answer to the original question! One nurse should follow through with an answer. When I discuss issues with doctor and advise of specific dates and procedures, the doctor should note this in records so that I am not advised to do something contrary to what was clearly noted at appt. I almost received a vaccine that I clearly advised the dr. I had previously. This is annoying and dangerous. If I was not knowledgeable and paying attention to details, I could have ended up with something I don't need as already done! I I will be looking for a new health care provider as only 1 year with HHHN and multiple issues with the overall incompetency in operations. Perhaps too overworked, but appears to be much more than that.

This doctors office is one of the worst I’ve been to. I only continue to use them because they are the only one in the area. You have to babysit the staff to do their job efficiently and properly. Front desk staff is useless as they do not even schedule appointments. The doctors are wonderful and they deserve a better support system to run this practice in a healthy way.

While waiting to be called by the nurse I get to hear everyone’s name, address, date of birth, what doctor they are seeing (and sometimes why they are seeing the doctor) and if they have insurance or not.

Beautiful new facility, but have taken on more patients and made the waiting room more chaotic as a result. Policies have changed after many years of attending this facility. Sometimes I am a bit taken aback at something new I must sign or comply with at my visit as a result of "a HHHN policy". If it weren't for how wonderful my PA has been over the years, I would've had my insurance money go elsewhere.
