Office was very friendly however waited a bit and the place seemed empty.

Awesome. I appreciate her listening and hopefully provided the solution. I’m praying for healing.

Staff was and is always kind and helpful. I had an appointment and my wait was very little both in the waiting room and exam room. NP Was knowledgeable and gave helpful tips to help relieve the pain.

Quick, easy, and pleasant

Staff in Bolton always professional, friendly and knowledgeable

Dr. Donnelly met with me for about 20 minutes and then told me my time was up. We had not yet discussed the reason for which the appointment was made. He was rude, showed little to no concern for my situation and argued that I would need to make another appointment. I’ve never been hustled out of a doctor’s office before. It won’t happen again - I will be changing primary care physician.

Left undiagnosed strep. Was told no white patches. So no strep. 2 days later went to urgent care w excruciating throat pain and trouble breathing w throat swollen. Was correctly tested at Warrensburg health center and yes I DO have strep. Was told in bolton they won’t test me with quick test as they are not accurate and they didn’t do a send out test. As I didn’t have the white patches. I left bolton being told to gargle w olive oil and take lozenges. In the next 2 days was with my pregnant daughter who I could have effected. I was with senior citizens all due to being told I just may have sore throat but they wouldn’t test me for strep!!????? . I even told them when I came In. I was with someone who just had strep. That too made me think my throat issue was possibly strep. But I was told and shown photo of what strep looks like w white spots and was told I only have sore throat. They should have tested me and didn’t. Then I spent 2 more days. Without meds- and other peopl

The check in text message asks to complete check in "tasks". This is inappropriate, confusing and sounds like a scam looking for personal data over the internet. I do not medical "tasks" over the internet! And is a requirement to have internet service in the first place. This observation is not directed to the Bolton Health Center but to the HHHN management. Provider and all staff were excellent taking extra precautions due to the fact that walking was a major issue. Very compassionate and helpful.

Had a not so pleasant experience with one of your providers. Giving the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was a bad day ... so I'll not give the provider's name at this time.

Front desk was very impersonal and checked me in very slowly without saying anything about the delay. Once I got diagnosed with Covid they practically rushed me out the back. Not pleasant.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Also it’s a quick blood test!!

Everyone is always nice and welcoming, my doctor really pays attention to any concerns I have and I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door

The waiting room isn't as nice as your other locations. Also, the phlebotomist was a no show and Bolton requested a staff member from Warrensburg. She was wonderful. Very professional.

blood work submitted ny Wbg. Center was not acceptable, meaning I must go again to repeat process - and results nit available when I was with doctor. I do not think I get a complete physical - not worth my time to go for a wellness visit.
