HealthSource Blanchester

HealthSource Blanchester Family Practice is located at 957 A Cherry Street in Blanchester. We provide school-based health care for students and staff at Blanchester Schools and family practice care for the entire community. We are accepting new patients of all ages, and accept most insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare and private plans. We also offer a discounted sliding fee program for uninsured patients. The center is open to the public and has a separate entrance from the school. HealthSource Blanchester is open year-round, including during school breaks.

To serve the whole community, our clinician provides comprehensive care including sick visits for minor injuries, annual checkups, well-child visits, sports or work physicals, immunizations, routine lab testing, prescriptions, and chronic condition management for asthma and diabetes. Students can also access mobile health services, including dental and vision care. For sudden health concerns like colds, flu, sinus symptoms, earaches, or sore throats, walk-in care is available Monday–Friday from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. without an appointment. Scheduled appointments are recommended for follow-up visits, physicals, and ongoing care. Our core services include Family Practice, School-Based Health Services, and Walk-In Care.
