HealthSource Batavia Family Practice is located inside the Mercy Clermont Hospital Physician Pavilion, at 2055 Hospital Drive, Suite 130 (the side facing State Route 32). Our family doctors and nurse practitioners are accepting new patients of all ages. We accept most insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. We also offer a sliding fee discount for patients without insurance. Our Family Practice clinicians, also called Family Medicine providers, care for patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors. They provide ongoing care for both males and females and support long-term health.

To support your complete well-being, our providers offer preventive care, annual checkups, sick visits, and chronic condition management for issues like diabetes and high cholesterol. We also feature integrated behavioral health services, allowing patients to address mental and emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression in the same familiar setting. Additionally, our location includes an in-house pharmacy with free prescription delivery, alongside clinician-referred clinical pharmacy services to help safely review, manage, and answer questions about your medications.
