I found that Alex is very skilled at what she does and is definitely exercising knowledge in action. I wouldn't call it surprised but I was very impressed by her ability to adapt to a new patient and on the first try was able to identify a couple things that I want to work on for myself. She's also very professional. And still keeps the conversation from feeling sanitized.

Alex provides comprehensive mental health care to children ages six and older as well as adults across the lifespan. A former NCAA Division I track-and-field athlete now pursuing her Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credential, she also specializes in sport and performance psychology. Alex has supported youth and collegiate athletes in men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, track and field, hockey, and more. She also partners with coaches to lead workshops on communication, team values, concentration, self-control, IZOF, and other performance-enhancing topics. Passionate about helping individuals thrive, Alex is committed to meeting people exactly where they are.
Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys playing with her dog, gardening, reading, and sharing her love of baking and cooking with friends and family.
