Tech was absolutely amazing!!! She was super nice and easy to talk to! I absolutely loved her process on the internal ultrasound!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of what she was doing during the test. I felt comfortable and received very good care. She was also efficient. I cannot remember her name, but I know she is new to Casper and the team.

Two staff members were unprofessional. They jabbed my belly twice, with no warning, to get baby to move and started laughing when I said “ow”. Then the “more experienced” tech said she would “try not to push so hard” and started giggling again when they switched off. I was treated like a dummy on the table during a training session instead of an expecting mother hoping to be included in seeing my child.
