Staff was outstanding
I was there at 7:33, the check in person did not get me entered until 7:50. Then the tech rudely chastised me for being late. I was the first person in the office to check in that day. I had talked to the person who made my appointment to make sure they had orders for my hernia, liver and kidney. The day of the appiontment they did not have one for my liver. She tried to call the provider. She could not reach them. I offered a back number and she refused. She rushed through my appointment and could not get me to the door fast enough.
The warm topical “jelly” was a nice touch. Also having a private bathroom attached to the room was convenient.
