What I felt was potentially a nightmare of an experience turned out to be very pleasant. The woman who took care of me was unbelievably patient. She was outstanding. The check in progress coukd use some help. I did the recheck in and still had to be called to the desk for an ID and insurance card inspite of having a prior account.

The person I dealt with there she was a gallon I forgot her name but she was young she was very good very very good she walked me through the whole procedure and she kept me updated on everything she was doing and what she thought she needed to do for the doctor's request and she did really good with the injection and yeah she was good kept me good and cleaned off LOL

STOOD at wait here sign for 5 minutes. Some one wrote my name on list. Sat in chair for 20 minutes then called to check in. Waited another 15 minutes till tech came and got me. ALL chairs in waiting area were occupied till a couple got up and left. Tech as great. Testing went well and was timely. Front is a Disaster!!!!’:(

Didn’t know what to expect, but Sam answered my questions. Since we were traveling, I wanted to know the results sooner, but just had to drive home and wait for a call from my doctor.

The imaging was fine, except for and needed to be stat. The problem I have, the organization of orders is lacking. My doctor told me to call right away at 8 o’clock in the morning to get it scheduled and it took until 1130 for the orders to be found and that is with my doctor resending the orders three times.

both nursers were nice, funny and very professional.

The whole process was easy. After my vein procedure I was coached how to put on my compression hose. They ripped on me on the operating table edge while a nurse was assisting me and I was told to use nailpolish to repair them, then paied $80+ dollars for them after that happened. Now I'm instructed to wear this specific pair for weeks and it has a terrible hole in them. I was also left with a uneasy feeling from the doctor that my vein wasn't completely resolved.

I've forgotten my technician's name, but I will never forget her incredible level of professionalism. I was full of anxiety when I entered the room, but I was quickly put at ease by her soothing use of voice and professional manner. I was treated as a person, rather than just another patient. Believe me, there's a big difference. She is an incredible example of how a professional deals with patients, especially the elderly nervous ones. She is great credit to her profession, and a very valuable representative for Wyoming Medical Imaging.

As a homeschooling mom and having no family here(only husband). They were able to accommodate my appts into 1 when husband was off. . My appts where on diff dates and times. But I called the very morning my husband was off work, and they were able to squeeze me in for that day.. It was such a relief because I have children ages from 8 to 1(4). Andni wasn't going lived them at the reception area. Thank you soooo much. Will always be greatful

It’s the 21st Century. Let’s find better ways to do these procedures w/o having to go out of state. Fort Collins, Colorado has a full body scan that can find cancer without being invasive and it’s well under a $1,000.00. Let’s do better CMI!!
