They were very kind and helpful knowing I had a problem getting in the MRI. They checked on me frequently and I was quite comfortable with the procedure by the time we were finished. Thank you!!!

They had the MRI set up for a shoulder when I was supposed to get a hip scan, they forgot music for majority of the time, they rushed me into the machine, they had me positioned so my left side of the body was crushed on the side of the MRI so every time it moved it was uncomfortable, and the two ladies helping me were not very respectful to me nor each other. They also didn’t have anyone to transport me in a wheelchair to the MRI after my arthrogram procedure. They told me they may have messed up the whole thing, so I needed to contact my doctors office to see if the scans were acceptable. They wouldn’t do it themselves. This was a very frustrating experience, and if I have to do the whole thing again I will be even more frustrated.
