MRI Imaging

I have had many MRI experiences and I was so pleased with the MRI that I just had. The ease and comfort of the procedure was like none other. It was so much easier and comfortable. I am very happy with the procedure and the caring staff!

I waited 90 minutes before my mri. Then was questioned about many basic items which were covered in detail in my electronic registration. The gentleman in the mri room was abrupt and not very friendly. I believed the Volpar email with family questionnaire was spam because nobody mentioned it would be coming and it did not reference CMI or OPR.

My comfort was not the number one priority. No one talked to me or reassured me while in the MRI.

The people were great. The construction was noisy and confusing.

The nurses were simply amazing! The one that the did the scan she was fabulous and should get a raise!

Staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. The equipment was excellent. I had an MRI done. The MRI tunnel was fairly open and not claustrophobic. I can't say I enjoyed the experience, but it was much better than I had imagined.

Everyone was so nice & very professional, I was very nervous & they really helped me to be calm throughout the MRI.

This place it's not chip but I recommended that good place.

i was way too cold during the procedure even though i had two warm blankets. i asked for my feet to be covered but they only covered the tops. i think the blanket should be tucked under the feet

Staff got me in quick even though they called me to see if I could come in hour earlier, were polite not rushing around from patients took time to explain treatment. Glad to have ear plugs installed because the music volume was low heard more of the mri then music. Maybe have patient be able to adjust volume to a certain point, was already in the machine when music came on.

The variety of music provided while in the machine is good to very good , but unfortunately there was a little too much of static.

They listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable not only physically but mentally.

Staff in the back were very helpful. Only reason this wasn’t five out of five is the front desk attendant was not helpful and did not greet anyone who was coming in. And in fact seemed to be purposely ignoring people.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I’m a paraplegic and had to transfer to a manual wheelchair and they were very helpful without being overbearing, allowing me to do what I could on my own, that’s very a appreciated!

I was given an appt time of 4:10 but when I checked in they said it was 4:50. I was not happy.

They are compassionate and patient and are excellent in their fields. I would highly recommend this as THE place to go for the services they provide. And! They decorate a very tall tree in the waiting area, differently each month. According to the season.

Set up an appointment a week and a half out to ensure that the order and preauth were done. Was called day before MRI that they did not have the order or preauth. I confirmed the issue was on their end, not my doctors office or insurance. My next appointment was another week away. In the meantime I was in pain while they dragged their feet. Horrible process.

Everyone was so kind and caring. The MRI experience was great, the receptionist, the girl that gave me a gown, the ladies that helped get you into the machine, to the kind voice that talked you through the MRI. Everyone was fantastic.

The staff is professional, and the lockers to store my belongings were a great idea. I loved the warning about open carry and that no weapons were allowed in the MRI room. Not political just safety conscience.

The pre-scan directions seemed unusually complex and onerous for an MRI.

Beautiful facility, folks friendly and informative. Love your concealed carry policy and Bugle in the waiting room!! Check your headphones in the mri room they seem a bit screachy. Padded support under unsupported joints for half hour would have gotten you 5 stars. Thanks!

I have MS so I have brain MRI’s at least once a year sometimes more. I struggle with claustrophobia.because having your head caged makes ya feel vulnerable. The staff is always understanding and helpful. I would also like to say the MRI staff is the most efficient department within the hospital. Barring emergencies, they get you in and out on time. Generally, the staff does everything possible to make sure the patient has a good experience!
