Radiology Techs were very caring and compassionate. Tried very hard to position me in a way that did not aggravate my pain. Girl at front desk was glum and dismissive - not friendly at all.

Staff got me in very last moment but did not seem even the least bit troubled or rushed at all. The only real concern was giving me enough time to drive up from Douglas. When I said I could make it, it was all set and I was greeted and checked in very shortly after arriving. Barely had time to crush any candy on my phone.

The young man doing the X-rays was very sensitive to my physical needs. Noting how it hurt for me to lie on the table and did the x-rays having me stand. He was very conscious of my need to have support for standing & walking. A lot of potential for a successful career.

Waited for over two hours to get x-rays. After two hours I asked the receptionist what the problem was, she told me there was one person in front of me. After over two hours the tech. Came and got me apologized because one of the rooms was down. I did not care just get the x-rays done. All of them knew there was a problem way didn't someone notify me instead of letting me sit there like a dummy. I also have a life!!!!!

I can’t remember the names of the staff members who assisted me, with the exception of Avery at the front desk. All were very helpful. My experience was good. The waiting time at the facility is never very long. I was satisfied with my experience.

The visit and all of that was great. I am not thrilled to need to file a request to view my x-rays. Not an expert, but I was hoping to look at them online easily.
