I recently had a procedure in IR, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The experience was exceptional. Shawn and Shelby were so calming, professional and kind. For the first time in many months I have no pain. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Carefully took me in and I felt like I was their one and only concern at the moment. I appreciate their kindness, professionalism and above and beyond care.

Sean, P.A., and Crystal were absolutely the best. They both introduced themselves, referred to me by name, and both outlined the exact procedure that I was going to have. Sean reiterated each step as he went through the procedure. They were kind, well-trained, and humorous to work with. At the end, Sean went through each of the films he had done, educating me on what he saw and how they related to my symptoms. I hate to say how rare their professionalism has come to be in this medical day and age. Most times, typically a medical assistant or nurse does not introduce themselves, the provider will come in without introducing themselves, and during the whole office visit, I wonder if they have any idea what my name is. Hopefully, if other medical professionals read this review, they will start implementing behaviors that Sean and Crystal so effortlessly showed me which go a long way in making a patient feel valued. You can be sure I will be praising their care of me to many others.

Chelbe the XR tech was the best! I was very comfortable during my exam. I even received my results in the same day!!!!! Highly recommend this East campus as all the staff are so welcoming and professional!
