The ONLY thing that was disturbing was the ten day wait to get the bone density scan scheduled which my doctor needed on order to begin my treatments.

Tech was friendly and did an outstanding job.

This is the first time I had a bone density scan. It was interesting. Nothing to it really, just relaxed and chatted with the tech. She was concerned I might have been dizzy and told me to take my time and gave me her chair. Very professional and caring.

I had a great experience. I was an hour early and they took me right in. She explained everything that was going on and also asked if I had any follow-up questions.

I hope to have them mail the results to me

Excellent radiologist. Receptionists could be more friendly. The scheduler put the wrong date for my appointment. I called about 1 pm on the 6th and scheduled for the 7th at 10:45 am. I arrived for my appointment on the 7th only to have the receptionist tell me I was a day late! The scheduler had made my appointment for the 6th at 10:45 am, 2 hours earlier than I called to make an appointment. However the worst part was the receptionist and the person who rescheduled me had little compassion for having made a mistake, offered no apology and acted as though it was my fault not theirs. Banner is getting enough bad press since taking over the hospital, and this doesn't help them.

Friendly, professional, told everything they were going to do and very little wait. Thank you all.
