This might be the weirdest thing I will say in my lifetime, but my biopsy experience was fantastic. Let's be honest here. A breast biopsy is an awkward and stressful experience, but the staff made my entire time there fun - weird right?!? I felt at ease the entire time and knew they truly cared about me. If a master class in excellence in patient care could be taught by those two it should be. I can't express my gratitude enough.

Heather was amazing and so was Dr. BAILEY! THEY WERE SO NICE AND respected I was scared and went slow and explained everything.
