Stephanie was excellent and very professional.
Very upset.. I checked in at front desk at 8:46am for 9:00am appointment. Called back at 9:29am. Finally out at 9:40am. This is the first time that I was told that someone else was taken before me “because I was not here”. I WAS there way before my appointment time and called after waiting for so long to be called. Ugh!!!!
