Came in for a post Operation bandage change. It was my first time out of the house in a bit. I was welcomed in quickly and professionally which was welcome given how busy the elevators were. Now is where the great begins. My attending Technician Rob was the gold standard of what every Medical Professionals bed side manner should be. He was attentive, caring and knowledgeable to a level of excellence. I left feeling informed of my progress and feeling confident in the path laid forward. This visit was outstanding. Rob you were awesome!!!

Doctor was Fantastic. Thoughtful. On time. Explained things well. Female casting tech also wonderful with my son, patient and kind, gentle. The only staff member I had a problem with was the x-ray tech. I had to ask for lead for both myself and my son. They should provide lead for children without having to ask.
