Unity Medical Center began when two existing hospitals, Medical Center of Manchester and United Regional Medical Center, joined forces to begin a new healthcare journey. The two hospitals were transitioned into a singular 49-bed facility in order to provide medical services to a community that we not only highly value but promise to serve with the highest quality of care. ER charge nurse was horrendous. Didn't honor advance directive for care, acted like a waffle house waitress, when my wife and I declined the application of a purewick, left my wife in bed 6 hours without taking to bathroom
This was our first time to come to Unity and we were very impressed! W will be back.
Great people and service
Thanks to the wonderful nurses and anesthesiologist who assisted with my surgery. They we're very kind and made me feel cared for.
The staff is always so friendly and respectful! It is a pleasure having to go there!!
Doctor acted like she wasn't even concerned. Just gave me to shots in the triage room. Didn't even help.
Bone density machine kept giving the technician problems
Sent from my PCP's office for an out-Pt x-ray. Walked in, immediately registered by clerk. X-ray tech was also @ the front regis desk area. Walked a short distance to Radiology dept., where 2 x-ray views were made of my knee. Follow up instructions provided & was good to go. I would estimate my total time spent obtaining this prompt, courteous service @ 15 minutes. Kudos to UNITY for their services & staff!!!
Everyone I encountered was friendly, caring and reassuring. I was at ease during the tests I had done.
