Unity Medical Center began when two existing hospitals, Medical Center of Manchester and United Regional Medical Center, joined forces to begin a new healthcare journey. No long waiting to see Dr. Thorough visit and test results
Everyone was very nice & timely in taking care of me.
Everyone I met was courteous. Wait time was appropriate.
The doctor was very rude!
I was treated with respect and was given the opportunity to say what is hurting me; most medical care providers, want allow the patient to say anything, not the case here, they checked on me & asked how I was feeling several time.
The front office staff are of the, How can we not help you mindset. Although I have been with Dr. Davis since he opened his practice and his care has always been nothing less than stellar, I will be changing doctors so that I do not have to deal with that staff. And my observations that is their basic culture with anyone who walks up to the window.
Everyone went above and beyond!
The care was excellent. Everyone was pleasant and made me feel like I received the best of care.
Felt really comfortable there
As I was getting registered for my MRI I could not hear the lady questions to me. The nurses in the back were loud . They were laughing and just being loud. Also had a guy at window laughing cussing just not professional .
