The front office staff are of the, How can we not help you mindset. Although I have been with Dr. Davis since he opened his practice and his care has always been nothing less than stellar, I will be changing doctors so that I do not have to deal with that staff. And my observations that is their basic culture with anyone who walks up to the window.
Everyone went above and beyond!
The care was excellent. Everyone was pleasant and made me feel like I received the best of care.
Felt really comfortable there
As I was getting registered for my MRI I could not hear the lady questions to me. The nurses in the back were loud . They were laughing and just being loud. Also had a guy at window laughing cussing just not professional .
Nice and friendly people that done a good job.
They weren’t that busy so I can’t understand why it still takes so long. It wasn’t terrible but I was in pain and so miserable. I didn’t realize I was given a prescription for Lortabs because I was told a different name. They make me deathly sick. I was able to have an emergency root canal Monday.
Was treated soon after I got there and all staff were friendly and professional
