I LOVE the staff, counselors, and psychiatrists at Citizens Advocates in Saranac Lake, NY!! My family and I have been utilizing their services for decades and have found only compassion, understanding, patience, empathy, and professionalism no matter our circumstances or life adversities. Good experience with Dr. Maxwell. The telehealth system is very difficult to use for people needing support staff and family assistance (trying to attend from more than on location).
