It would be appreciated if patients could make appointments for a 6-month appointment. This would help in better planning for patients I’m quite surprised that the scheduling system at the Eye Centre cannot book appointments in advance for 6 months instead of just 1 month or less. Other eye centres have booked me 6 months in advance which helps in planning my schedule.

Physicians and/or physician assistants greeting patients with their backs turned is socially and professionally unacceptable. Service/care provided left a sense of simply “not all that interested”.
