Very good staff didn’t mean to hit terrible dr Pruitt all staff
Professionalism at its peak! And being social able and engaging creates a comfortable atmospher for such "subject matter". Shout out 2 the staff!
As always I had an exceptional experience with Melissa Pruitt and her nurse Deb. They are a wonderful team. Medlink, you are extremely lucky to have these ladies on your team. Thank you both for the great care to give me! Very thorough and caring. Love you ladies!
Definitely needs improvement in the front office, staff not friendly! My nurse that called me back to the room was EXCELLENT!! I normally go to Kristen Maxwell in the Demerest location. This is the first time I’ve ever been to this location in Cleveland. It definitely needs a lot of improvement. I did enjoy the PA. I saw she was extremely kind and took a lot of time listening to me and all my concerns.

The older short lady kind of heavy set always seems unhappy and isn’t very professional.
Chelsea Strong is an angel in my eyes. I received a new diagnosis of COPD & was hospitalized prior to my visit at MedLink White, went to MedLink White for a PCP. Anyway, Mrs. Strong gave me an inhaler, different than the one I was prescribed by Dr @ hospital & I'm breathing so much better now, it's amazing!!

I always get an appointment asap, the office staff is kind and Chelsea Strong is great. The lab results come in so fast as well.
