Dr. Gordon takes time (every time) to explain my condition and has never made me feel rushed. I know they are crazy busy at times- but you’d never know it by the way they take care of you. Dr. Gotdon listens intently and is always looking for ways to improve my current concerns while also looking at meeting our long term goals. He is a problem solver and his relentless pursuit for answers to some of my lab results is how cancer was found early before it became a more serious problem. Dr. Gordon keeps me focused on the most important things- and really seems to care- which is important to me. Nicole is always so warm and friendly and sets the tone for everyone. Kimberly is a rock star! Most experienced techs have difficulty with my small rolling veins. I about hyperventilate each time from ptsd from bad sticks lol. Even my wild nerves can’t rattle her- she is magic!! Love Medlink in Hartwell!

Dr Gordon was absolutely great very informative he took the time to explain things answered any and all questions we had was very kind to my brother and ask about my other brother who had had a heart attack. Overall, his patient care was five star.
