Ever one was very nice
The Hispanic women at the Demorest location are rude, and I would even say they are discriminatory toward people of their own ethnicity. They assume that just because you are Hispanic, you cannot speak English. I shared my experience with a few Hispanic friends, and they told me that these same front desk employees had treated them in a discriminatory way as well. Please encourage them to show more empathy and respect toward patients. My complaint is only about the Hispanic women working at the front desk. Everyone else I interacted with was very kind and professional.

Absolutely LOVE the Demerest location, HaberSham Medlink! From the front to the back entire staff from doctors to nurses absolutely wonderful. Kristen Maxwell is the best PA I have ever had. She listens, and genuinely cares about each and every patient their well-being and needs. Also Dr Klemm absolutely amazing with listening, caring & just an outstanding doctor all around!!! In all my 50+ years hands down the best!!!
