One of the things I love about MedLink is there customer service, absolutely is more then one. Every one there is super friendly and very kind. I won't change MedLink for another facility unless I move out of state. Dr's, Nurse practitioner and staff care for you. I do feel bad about Dr. Trawick that is not longer there, but everyone else is amazing. Since now they have everything from pediatric, dentist, imaging Center also Lab. When I'll go there I feel comfortable and loved .by everyone. Very professional team. Oh not forget the pharmacy is right there too. So, i do recommend MedLink to anyone. Thank you, MedLink for everything.
Excelente atención
Every one was polite and caring, my Doctor was a tentative to me and patient with me help me prepare to go on a air plane to new England, I wouldn't get sick on the flight I really appreciate it her going the extra mile
They need to work on their manners. They need more training when it comes to drawing blood. The doctors themselves are great. Just wish the wait time was better. I had an appointment, arrived on time. Yet two patients that checked in after me were taken back first. At check out, while infront of the staff I was invisible. She called someone with their kids over to check in instead of assisting me. I politely let her and her kids be assisted and stepped back without causing a scene infront of children. Check in staff called me over shortly after and assisted me with checkout.
