Paid for prescription on the 15th of last month just got notification that they are to be delivered today. Good thing it wasn’t super important.

Took too long to get a refill prescription. After several calls to check on status, I given different information everytime. After a week of delay, I should have been upgraded to overnight shipping. I went 3 weeks without medication, now I have to start all over. Thanks!

When I first started with Empower, I’d get my medication within 1 day and the over keeping the medication cold was still frozen. Now, it’s taking 2-3 days, the medication is hit, I’ve melted, and the efficacy and potency is affected due to temperature changes and I feel the medication is not working. I’m extremely displeased and unsatisfied with the changes in delivery. I am happy to pay extra for overnight delivery or pick up, but those are not options according to Empower.

I have been out of my medicine for 3 weeks, waiting on the processing and the shipping. It is finally on its way.

I ordered my medicine 4 weeks ago and still did not get it. I asked for a refund and didn’t get a response. I want my refund at this point, I am off my medicine schedule and can’t rely on empower!
