Ship times are slow

Terrible customer service. Was told by my provider that I needed to call and provide payment. I was told that they had not processed the order and I would be contacted before the end of the day. It get did not call. I called back and was told that they were waiting on my provider to clarify. I reached out and my provider had not been contacted. They were contacted while I was on the phone with my provider. I then received an automated call to contact empower. I did and was told they had not processed the order yet. I asked for a call from a manager. I was called back by an associate and provided payment. I never received a call from a manager. I am getting 2-3 automated calls per day asking me to complete my order.

Received wrong shipment and haven't gotten an update on correct one being on the way. Its been over a week.
