Clean and efficient facilities.
I was asked where to send in the medicine prescribed. I told them specifically where. It also was in my records. Found out the medication was srnt to the wrong pharmacy and the wrong location. Not sure who was responsible for the two mixups!

I meet with Courtney Long(?), what an amazing person. So appreciated that she actually listened to me, discussed with me , and decided on changes for my health. She also followed up on several points I was having difficulty getting handled. Would be thrilled to be teamed with her for my care .
