Can’t get them to communicate and schedule a follow up appointment after we had to go to er because they removed a catheter a day earlier because the holiday. 3 day and all the front desk say it’s wait till the nurse calls back. Will be looking for another urologist after this experience

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schmanke. When others stopped trying to help me, Dr. Schmanke stepped in and dug harder to find an explanation. On top of that, his bedside manner is unmatched. He makes you feel like a human worthy of care. He saved my life and I will never forget what he did for me. You’ll never regret choosing him as your urologist.

He was very rushed. Came in very quickly scoped me and just said I needed to cath and left. The PA I saw before actually sat down and discussed my options and my history. It was just a blunt experience for a life changing diagnosis.
