I came in for an annual eye exam and indicated I wanted prescriptions for eye glasses and contact lenses when I made the appointment. I didn’t receive the prescriptions when I left the office. I followed up on them and was told that my exam was only for disease, which is nonsense as I had vision exams too.
The focus seemed to be on getting me to schedule cataract surgery although my cataracts do not impact my vision. to the point where I feel it is needed.
