I waited 45 minutes for the doctor. He finally came in the room, he read the results of bloodwork and said see you next year. He spent less than 30 seconds giving me the all clear. During last year‘s visit, a similar instance occurred. I waited an hour for him to come in and read the results of my blood work. Again, a visit well short of a minute. I like Dr. Nelson, but feel like iI could go to my GP who could check my blood work and save both the practice and me a lot of time.

Dr. Miller is amazing. Takes his time with us and thoroughly explains what procedures and medications are needed. The only issue is the registration staff at your Hanover office. We have been long term patients at the Short Pump office. The way we have been spoken to by your registration personal at Hanover is rude and condescending. “Read the sign!” was today’s rude comment which when I said, there are too many signs to read on the desk was greeted with an attitude. The registration could have instead said, “I’ll be happy to help you.” The Hanover office needs to take lessons from the Short Pump office on kindness and treating people with respect and love. They have no idea why we are there. It could be a life threatening prognosis. Lead with kindness should be the registration secretaries motto not militaristic attitude like they display.
