Reason for rating: Long wait -40 minutes- before being called to start the appointment. Otherwise would be a 5 since everyone terrific. Dr Lum himself always exceptional.

Actual appointments with staff regularly start 20 minutes after the scheduled time! A much longer wait than at any other doctor's office.
