I didn’t see him. I saw a nurse practitioner. My hopes were that I would see a medical doctor on my first visit, and that is who the appointment was set for me to see. Somewhat surprised and disappointed that after paying a $40.00 co-pay, I was in and out within a few minutes and told that because of their busy schedule today that the procedure needed couldn’t be administered today and that she would have someone call me and schedule.

I had Botox with Yasmeen, and I’m so glad I did! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. She took the time to explain how Botox works, what to expect afterward, and answered all of my questions thoroughly before the injections. I really appreciated how she discussed everything with me beforehand and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Yasmeen truly cares about her patients and makes sure they leave the clinic feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you, Yasmeen!

I didn't see Daniel, only the nurse practitioner. Both locations could also use some serious TLC. The Germantown office was pretty grimy, missing tile in the bathroom, walls terribly scuffed up and missing paint, and used toothpicks in the plants in the waiting room, trash around. The Jackson office might be new, but I was at first concerned that I was being scammed because it felt like a hastily set up space and not very professional.
