Everyone is really nice and courteous. Dr Dias Perrera is very thorough and straightforward in his explanations. He doesn't mince words, he's very direct and honest, which I really appreciate. Their ultrasound tech (can't remember her name, younger blonde woman) is very sweet and reassuring.
