Riddhisha Shah, M.D.

I don’t feel this clinic actually cares to help. After two trials of medication, I have been nothing but honest about my experience with them and did not abuse. However, I feel like I am being treated as a drug seeker and infantilized. I expressed my GI concerns and suspected sensitivity to amphetamines, and against what I thought was right, I was prescribed adderall even though I wanted to try Ritalin or concerta instead. Of course. The adderall did not work for me. I expressed this, and Riddhisha would rather I try the extended release than change class. Also, she is set and only set on prescribing strattera, and the one of the main listed side effects of that are constipation and GI issues. It doesn't make any sense to why that is the #1 drug she is trying to push me on. I read her notes, and some things she listed are inaccurate and were not apart of our conversations. Extremely disappointing from a professional I was vulnerable with.
