Excellent service and very nice Dr

Yes, I made an appointment a few weeks ago with Dr. Joseph. When I arrived for the appointment, and after a 45-minute wait, another doctor came into the room and told me that Dr. Joseph was not in the office! I was very disappointed and upset that your office never bothered to call me to advise me that the doctor would not be in the office today. The lay who signed me in today for my appointment with Dr. Joseph didnbother to tell me that he wasn't in the office, and she just laughed when I mentioned it to her before I left. This office extends no courtesies to patients. They schedule appointments for you, and maybe you will see your doctor 1 to 2-1/2 hours past your appointment time. I left my appointment with Dr. Kendya the first time I saw him because I waited almost 2-1/2 hours to see him, and I was in pain. The scheduling at Total Orthopedics is horrible and very inconsiderate to patients.

I absolutely appreciated his professionalism, his patience to thoroughly explain and clarify pertinent information for the betterment of my recovery process. Thank you!

This was my first time meeting Dr Kindya. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened and asked questions. He reviewed my chart. He understood what my concerns were and worked with me. Thank you so much for taking the time.
