I was dissatisfied with the care and evaluation I received during this visit. Throughout the entire appointment, the physician remained standing near the exam room door and did not conduct a physical examination of my affected area. Additionally, the physician did not review or explain the findings of my X-ray with me. I was not provided with a clear explanation of what the imaging showed, what it ruled out, or whether there were any findings that could account for the pain I was experiencing. The discussion was largely driven by questions that I initiated. Rather than receiving a thorough evaluation and explanation, I was left with the impression that my concerns were not being fully investigated. The only explanation offered for my pain was “bursitis,” without a clear discussion of how that diagnosis was reached or whether other potential causes had been considered. I left the appointment without a clear understanding of what was causing my pain, what the X-ray showed, or what
