Every time I speak to Sara she feels unprepared and it’s as if I’m speaking to her for the first time. I spend time answering the same questions as before and frequently have issues with my medicine being processed correctly. She means well and is a genuinely sincere person, but find the process of working with her to be tedious and frustrating
