The Center for Bone & Joint Surgery of the Palm Beaches (HOPCo)

The wait was too long. There was a woman complaining for about a half hour and she happened to be talking with my radiologist. I feel it was unfair that it was taking time for my appointment. Also the same woman entered the room that I was about to have CT scan. Very rude and had to wait again. It wasn’t the radiologist fault because this woman would not stop but a manager should had told this woman to leave.

Staff was excellent and the MRI tech was a good cat.

Very fine and patient. He explained everything. Will refer him to my friends.
