I’m not typically the type of person to air negativity. However I had surgery with this office. Three months later my hand is cramping locking and swollen along with large hardening areas. I understand some could be scar tissue, but to be outright told the pain I’m feeling from this is exaggerated and that they do not believe me is being unacceptable. Because of this experience I will for the first time get a second opinion because I’ve been through surgery before and never had a situation that I was trying to get corrected become worse after having procedures to fix it like this. I surely hope no one else is made to feel like they’re unworthy of being heard when they express discomfort or pain. It’s very disheartening.
