Always does a great job.

I had an 8am appointment. Waited a half hour in the waiting room. Was seen by the nurse that did the checks. Waited another half hour before I asked when I would be seen. Only then I was told that the person I was scheduled to see wasn't there and that I was next to be seen. 2 hours for a check up. Very poor communication!!!

Always a good experience from start to finish. Thank you for the weekend hours, I really appreciate everyone there.

I Always feel heard; having my concerns respected and addressed by Amber Jack. Most of the staff are friendly. Facility is small,,clean, and run timely. Unfortunate negatives: Due to unreturned emails and calls I was unable to get timely appointments and became sicker. The MA never asks where my pain is located after asking to rate pain level. Prescription sent incomplete to pharmacy and caused delay. Lobby heavy scented oils triggers breathing difficulties The sink faucet is unnecessarily difficult to effectively wash hands during flu season.
