The facility is always clean and very nice. I do go at first opening so it is never packed. However, the later in the day you go it is very busy and long waits. I give it a five for being a nice building. However, I deduct a star because we are in 2026, they should have an online portal. Places to easily message the staff and not email. You cannot call at all. You will never get through and if you get someone to call you back make sure you answer because phone tag is the worst. And lab slips should also be electronic to up to date with the codes the big lab places use like quest. If you forget your slip unfortunately they can’t pull it in the system because they only use paper for everything. It’s a catch 22.

The PA Lisa was very helpful & professional. She was awesome!
