So pleased with the visit I had with Dr. Heck! Lauren, his PA, gathered all my information, did some tests for range of motion, asked questions and presented it all to the doctor then he thoroughly looked at my case, provided 2 options for my situation and clearly explained both options. Gina, the coordinator, further explained my procedure and answered my questions by phone when I called with additional questions after my office visit. Had surgery yesterday and already have such positive results and hope to return to my normal active life soon! Also, Saige Jones was excellent in providing additional information concerning this surgery when she called about a different appointment with Lauren in the osteoporosis clinic. I trust this team explicitly with my care!
