Led by Thomas Moseley Jr, MD, Bolan Woodward MD, Roy Swindle MD, Alexander Culbreth III, MD, Kimberly Cross, MD, MPH, and Linnea Mehls, MD. Southern OBGYN was founded to serve as a trusted women’s health resource for the community of Valdosta, Georgia. Services include the full scope of modern gynecology care, including well-woman exams, family planning services, and diagnostic and treatment for common gynecological issues. Women who are expecting have access to ultrasound technology, fertility counseling, pregnancy classes, and prenatal visits. Women who have high-risk pregnancies will find compassionate, personalized care. The team takes a conservative approach to treatment, avoiding surgery whenever possible. If the need for surgical intervention arises, we offer an ambulatory surgical center to ensure you have access to state-of-the-art surgical tools and techniques offered by a team of practitioners you know and trust. Everyone who plays a role in the practice shares a dedication to making women’s health and obstetrics services as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. The practice even offers aesthetic services to help women look as great as they feel. Dr. Cross was absolutely amazing today. After receiving some difficult news, she took the time to make sure I fully understood everything that was going on. She was very compassionate, patient, and comforting throughout the entire visit. She truly went above and beyond to provide not only excellent medical care, but also emotional support . I felt heard, supported, and cared for. I’m very grateful to have a doctor like Dr. Cross who genuinely cares about her patients.
