Have not seen Dr Emani herself in a VERY long time. Kelly Rivera was excellent, but my appt was delayed close to 45 minutes. The primary front desk coordinator (name?) was excellent as always.

Connelly is a great doctor. My daughter loves him and feels very comfortable with him. He takes his time and listens to my daughter and I talk. He has lots of patience and very kid friendly. When I have a question about anything or leave a message, he responds back rapidly. Connelly is one of the best of the best ENT doctor.

My ratings of 4 star is because I have not had surgery so when everything goes well with that I would definitely rate him as a 5 star The referring provider told me Dr. Thomas is the best so I feel comfortable moving forward with surgery.
