We always have a great experience at Rockford Gastro. Between us and family members, we’ve needed their services several times. Today, we brought a mentally disabled family member for a ‘first’ colonoscopy. The team members were helpful in advance planning, communication before during and after the procedure. Savanna, Julie, Mandy & Kris were thoughtful and compassionate in their care. They explained things to us (guardians) and our loved one. Dr. Shiel spoke with us prior to the procedure and again afterwards, delivering information in a way that we could all understand. He was calming, professional, and kind.
