Called in for a follow up issue from 10/21/25 burning and sore watery eye with blurry vision. Called in 10:00am received a return call at 1:00pm. Told to come in at 2:00 pm. Had eyes checked and waiting for next step. Waiting till 3:30 pm I had to leave due to previous scheduled commitments. If you triple book appointments maybe you can refer me to another doctor. I feel you are overwhelmed and can’t provide proper medical service to your patients for emergency or follow up issues. I am still having a issue and with no answer to my problem.
