I had a very good experience with Dr. Lee. He was very knowledgeable, took my concerns seriously, and explained things clearly. He also reassured me about the procedure, explaining that it would be quick and not painful, which I greatly appreciated. I felt comfortable with him and confident in his care.
I was less pleased with some aspects of the office experience. I had specifically called ahead and requested to see Dr. Lee rather than a PA and was told this would be noted, but a PA was still sent in first. I also waited approximately 35 minutes before being taken to an exam room.
My biggest concern is how difficult it is to reach the office by phone. Even extensions I was given to reach the office directly led to a message asking me to leave my information and wait for a text. I prefer being able to speak with someone by phone when needed. That said, when I replied to a text with a prescription request, it was handled immediately, which was excellent and greatly appreciated.
