Very thorough and knowledgeable communicating clearly with helpful suggestions and explanations. I overheard him helping an elderly patient find her way out and he was very patient and kind to her. Studies show that a caring attitude by a doctor is important in patient care and recovery. So kudos to Dr. Michaelis!
