From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! I have never been in a place where l've felt so welcome by so many people. Dr. Austin is awesome! He addressed my concern with a number of options and without pushing costly unnecessary work on me. He weighed out the pros and cons of each option with me to come up with the best plan. I've been to my fair share of doctor offices, as I've had extensive work done and this is hands down the best place! I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Austin and Rapid Care for such amazing medical care!

Absolutely gorgeous woman. So kind. I mean no words can describe how kind she is. Not a judging look, action, or vibe about her in any way. She is so so so calming. She just carries this vibe that you could trust her with literally anything in the world. Like a best friend, mom, sister, all in one. Someone who genuinely has your absolute best interest at heart. The times she was the one who came in the room, i have never ever felt disappointed, judged, nervous, or anything. I have never met anyone as truly amazing and open as she is. Especially someone in the medical field.
