I usually dread going to doctor's appointments because I often feel that some doctors don't take the time to truly listen to their patients' concerns. Dr. Im completely changed that experience for us. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. He took the time to listen, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable and heard. We truly appreciated his compassion and professionalism. Dr. Im and his staff are very professional and very kind. He listens to you. He talks with you, not at you. I feel very comfortable and at ease with him. I trust him 100% which is very hard to do these days. I waited about 3 minutes to be called back and was seen by the doctor very quick, but he took his time with me, I was not rushed. I recommend him 100%.
