Appointment at 8:50am. Arrived and checked in at 8:45. Had to leave at 10:05 for another appointment without seeing anyone.

Amanda Wheeler is absolutely phenomenal. She is incredibly thorough, personable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. You never feel rushed during an appointment—she spends quality time reviewing your history, asking thoughtful questions, and making sure she truly understands what is going on. Beyond being an excellent practitioner, Amanda is just a genuinely kind and caring person. She makes you feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for, which is exactly what you want in a primary care provider. I have complete confidence in her and could not recommend her more highly. Truly one of the best!

Despite paying $40 for my copay, I ended up walking out because of how excessive the wait time was. I’ve never seen a more full waiting room and we were all discussing amongst ourselves how long we had been waiting. Two people around me had been there for two hours, and another for two and a half hours. I am not the only one who left today and find it inexcusable to have wait times that long without communicating updates to the lobby of people waiting.
