This is a rating for Pulmonary Associates, not Ms Halpin specifically, who I would give 5 stars. In the 4 years that I’ve been a patient of PA, I’ve been extremely pleased with the care provided by Dr Beaty, Ms Halpin, and the staff. My only complaint is that being seen is a painfully slow process. For example, at my last visit, I was scheduled for PFTs at 8:30, but wasn’t taken back for them until 9:30. Not sure why the wait was so long, especially for an early appointment; however, these delays are now typical of my appointments there. Fortunately, the quality of care (when seen) outweighs the mild annoyance of the wait. My advice would be to take a book.

Dr Ozgun is always so kind and patient when conducting an appointment. He truly wants to get to the bottom of the issue and improve the well being of his patients, a very calm manner which is so helpful. I highly recommend him along with the Pulmonary Associates of the Southeast as a practice. Thanks very much!

The service is great but the wait time was unbelievable. Appointment time 930 am. I sat in the waiting room until 1230 pm before being called to the back to see the NP.
